Shipping and Returns

 

Times, Dates, and Methods

  1. We ship Monday through Friday except holidays (holiday dates listed below in number 7). If your order is in by 12:00 PM (Noon) Easter time on a ship day it will go out that day.
  2. We have Overnight and 2nd day shipments that also ship Monday through Friday except weekends, holidays. Please Note: All overnights that are scheduled to ship out on Friday will not arrive until Monday (which is the next business day).
  3. We will ship your product with a tracking number but we have no control over the shipping couriers, or how long they will take to get there.
  4. Overnight shipping and other special shipping will require an adult signature. Please plan ahead so someone will be present to sign for the order.
  5. Raw Food and Vitamins does not pay any duties, taxes, or custom fees levied on buyer.
  6. We can ship to any county in the world via wire transfer.  Before you order you need to check with your country customs department and make sure they allow the products you are buying.  You are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, etc., after it leaves our shipping facility.  There are no refunds or returns allowed from OUTSIDE the U.S. so please, make sure you talk to your country customs and order what you want.
  7. We can ship to the following countries with a verified PayPal account only.  You will be responsible to get the product from your governments customs.  If they keep the product you lose the money and the product so please check with your customs first before ordering, then sign up at www.paypal.com to get verified.

Returns and Refunds


    1. There are no refunds or returns allowed from OUTSIDE the U.S. so please, make sure you talk to your country customs and order what you want.  If you are in the U.S. the rest of this document pertains to you.
    2. Any bottles, packages, etc., that have the seal broken WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
    3. NO REFUNDS on any raw apricot seeds, even if not opened, as we cannot insure the product has not been handled.
    4. You must submit a ticket to obtain a RA# (Refund Authorization) prior to sending the package for a refund.
    5. The RA# must be indicated on the inside and outside of the package.
    6. Customers refund amount will be the total amount of the order minus shipping and a 30% restocking fee.  Shipping expenses are never refunded.
    7. The customer must pay return postage with Signature Required when returning the package for a refund. If we do not receive the package, or it is damaged in any way we will not be able to refund you.
    8. Please allow 14 business days after sending the package for the refund to be processed.
    9. Any product that is subject to breakage (glass) must be well packed and it is suggested that the parcel be insured for your protection. Any product arriving broken cannot be processed for a refund.
    10. Any package that is returned to us within the U.S. that is not opened, seals are not broken, or damaged, NOT INCLUDING THE APRICOT SEEDS are eligible to receive a refund, minus 30% and minus all of the shipping fees...
    11. There are no refunds after 30 days.
